The Indigenous People of Biafra leader, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, has released a total of seven languages that will be spoken in Biafra land when it is restored.
He also disclosed that the constitution of Biafra would be written in indigenous languages, which will cover those seven languages.
The seven indigenous languages are
- IGBO WITHIN BIAFRA
- EFIK WITHIN BIAFRA
- ANNANG WITHIN BIAFRA
- IJAW WITHIN BIAFRA
- ISOKO WITHIN BIAFRA
- IDOMA WITHIN BIAFRA
- IGALA WITHIN BIAFRA
He further added, “These languages will be autonomous. Each nation-state will manage and control the resources in their land. The only thing that will bind us together is COMMON DEFENSE POLICY, COMMON ECONOMIC POLICY, COMMON POLICY IN HEALTH AND EDUCATION. Let each nation develop according to their wish and what they decide on.”
Laws will be made in local languages, and every parliament will make its own law according to the language they all understand.
This is to enable us to know when people are lying to us, you know lying is sweet and sounds good in the English language, but you cant deceive people will the language they understand very well.
