TO A HEART

To a heart betrothed to sorrows
To a heart used to frequent breaks
To a heart accustomed to pains
To a heart incapable of understanding love again

Here’s to that heart that seeks to save
A heart trapped in a body unloved
With lips unsure how to taste
and eyes losing sight in a haste

Face unperturbed by good or evil
A life tore betwixt Lucifer and the devil
Filled with thoughts; to give up or to shy away from the pains
Here’s to such hearts and souls;

Hope:
Let God be your hope
Let my smile hand you a rope
Cling unto it, together let us swing
From this side of lifelessness
To a better life, Christ had given!
Though your heart has been taught not to love again
Trust me: this isn’t another game
Allow Him to teach you; He who made the heart code;

love!
Allow Him to show you what’s worth loving
That loving is pure gold
And that loving you is a rare gift!
God loves you, and I love you!
Now let’s tell the world our tale
You’ve been freed, no more for hire by depression!
—————————-
Let’s talk about it (Speak up to someone)
There’s no hurt God can’t heal
Let it not sink any deeper
Let’s come out from this isolation stronger
