The National Directorate of Employment has notified the public of the commencement of the recruitment of 774,000 employees.
The recruitment is to cut across the 774 all local governments of the federation.
The recruitment is a Special Public Works Program that was approved the president as part of the administration plan to relieve Nigerians of the effect of the Coronavirus pandemic.
To apply for the program, kindly visit https://nde.gov.ng/nderegistration-form and complete the online form.
The only requirement needed is basic education from primary school upwards and some skills.
The employment should engage at least 1000 persons per local government of the federation.
The Federal Government had earlier announced that the program would run for only three months.
The program is expected to run from October to December 2020.
The exact salary structure has not been determined at the time of this report, but around 60 billion Naira was mapped out for the program.
