Idriss Deby, The President of Chad, has instructed his troops to make sure they don’t allow the Nigerian soldiers free captured Boko Haram terrorists.
In a viral video, Deby warned that if the captured Boko Haram are freed, that they would return to Chad and cause more harm to them.
He said, “We will make this place our zone until the Nigerian soldiers come to take over. Stay with them for one month. Do not allow them to free the captured terrorist and their weapon; they will return to chad to hunt us.
“So let them understand that we are not leaving a situation like this. I will speak to the President of Chad in a few days. I can confirm to the world that you guys have destroyed 90 percent of Boko Haram.
“The remaining 10 percent are scampering for safety. Some ran to Nigeria, some to Niger and some are drowned in the river. Chad is no place for terrorist.”
