In a bid to cut down the effect of coronavirus on citizens, the Federal Government has embarked on the distribution of 1800 bags of rice to states.
The rice which was donated to the Oyo State government was said to be bad for human consumption.
The rice was delivered on the 20th of April, 2020 by Mrs. Helen Ngozi, the custom area controller in Oyo and Osun state.
In a video circulating online was shared by a Twitter handle, @Oyoaffairs, the rice was seen to be moldy, and can’t be eaten.
