The founder of winners chapel, Bishop David Oyedepo, has kicked against the federal government’s decision on refusing to lift the ban against the religious gatherings due to the COVID-19 pandemic in the country.
The federal government placed a ban on religious and social gatherings as parts of measure to stop the further spread of the deadly virus (COVID-19), but allow markets to reopen.
