President Buhari has ordered the commencement of a major military operation to wipe bandit and kidnappers out of Katsina State.

General Gabriel Olonisakin, the Chief Defense Staff, has been measured issuing an official speech on the oncoming exercise, briefed the president on the plans and he intends to flag off soon.
President Buhari, who expressed sadness over the recent attacks on people in the state extended his condolence to the families of those killed and prayed for the wounded ones to recover.
