Maurice Setters, the former Manchester United midfielder, is dead.
He passed on at the of 83.
Manchester United announced his death in a statement via its official website on Monday ahead of their Champions League clash with Istanbul Basaksehir on Tuesday.
The statement; “Manchester United is deeply saddened to hear that Maurice Setters has passed away at the age of 83.
“The former wing-half made 194 appearances for the Reds following his transfer from West Bromwich Albion in January 1960, enjoying his finest moment for United as part of the famous FA Cup-winning side of 1963, which secured our vital first post-Munich trophy with that Wembley victory over Leicester City.
