On Thursday, Deji Adeyanju, an Abuja-based activist, issued a warning to Southern politicians preparing to contest for the upcoming 2023 presidential election.

Deji Adeyanju said no Southerner would become Nigerian President comes 2023.

The concerned Nigerian maintained that the North would produce another President as Buhari’s successor.

In a tweet, the activist claimed the North would rule for another eight years after president Muuhammadu Buhari, as a repercussion for working against their region.

Deji Adeyanju explained that the move would be a lesson to politicians from the Southern part of the country who allegedly collected money to work against their zone.

According to him: “Nobody from Southern Nigeria Will become President in 2023.

“A northerner will be President for another eight years after Buhari. Next time they give you guys some billions to go work against the interest of your zone, you will think twice.” He wrote.
