A young Pennsylvania mother has been officially charged over a failed murder-suicide after she threw her baby son off a bridge into a river and then jumped in herself.
Both survived; however, the little boy is now fighting for his life in hospital.
Johnesha Perry, 19, was charged Monday with attempted homicide, two counts of aggravated assault, and endangering a child’s welfare.
The incident occurred about 1.45 pm that Sunday on the Hamilton Street Bridge in Allentown.
