Wole Soyinka, the Nobel Laureate, has reacted to the inauguration of the newly elected Us President, Joe Biden as the 46th President of the United States of America.
Wole Soyinka said that the United States has redeemed itself by rejecting the return of former President Donald Trump.
Wole Soyinka spoke while appearing on Arise Television, last night.

Reacting, Wole Soyinka stressed that the United States has corrected the mistakes made four years ago by electing President Donald Trump.
The Nobel Laureate, said: “I feel honored to be associated with the democratic forces of the United States for correcting the unbelievable error that they committed four years ago.
“I consider myself back in that community from which I dissociated myself four years ago and I am very glad to be back but I am not renewing my green card, it is not necessary. I go in and out as a visiting alien and that is good enough for me.”
