The leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, has on Friday described President Muhammadu Buhari’s war threat as an “empty” one.

The IPOB leader pointed out that Nigerians are not with President Buhari on his empty civil war threat.

Recall that President Muhammadu Buhari had on Tuesday threatened to war against those trying to cause destroy his government in the country

The Nigeria leader issued the war threat while condemning the attacks on offices of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), police officer/stations, and correctional facilities in the Southeast.

Buhari while condemning the violence in the Southeast, said “individuals or groups who want to destroy his government will receive the shock of their lives.”

President Buhari said they would be treated in a language they would understand.

Reacting, Mazi Kanu, in a series of tweets wrote: “You might’ve noticed that these empty THREATS of levying another war against #Biafra are coming exclusively from the Fulanized @NGRPresident and the extremist FULANI ruling class.

“Unlike 1967, they’re alone on this; the rest of Nigeria is not with them. Again, #ThisIsNot1967

“For those suffering from self-induced amnesia or who may have conveniently forgotten how the #Fulani Caliphate put #Nigeria in the beautiful mess, it’s in today.

“Most pathetic of all, sponsorship of BH didn’t stop late @MBuhari from being voted into power in 2015.”
