There have been confusion among people after hearing the news of APC suspending Rochas Okorocha, the Imo west Senator and a former Governor of Imo state, on Tuesday.
Report gathered that the National body of the All Progressive Congress, APC, suspended Rochas Okorocha over anti-party activities.
This was contained in a letter written and signed by APC Caretaker Chairman, Governor Mai Mala Buni and Secretary, Senator John Akpanudoehede.
Few hours later the party reacted to the report denying taking such action against the former Imo state Governor.
The party Secretary also stressed that his signature on the letter was forged.
The APC spokesman maintained that the purported letter was not from the ruling APC.
“The letter is fake. It is not from us (APC). My signature was forged. The signature on that letter is copy and paste,” Akpanuduoehede told The Nation.
