Infoxclusive learned that Nnamdi Kanu may remain in the custody of the Department of State Services until September 17, 2021.
This is because the judges of the Federal High Court will begin their annual vacation on Monday, July 26, the date which kanu’s hearing was scheduled.
The vacation is expected to last till Tuesday, September 17 according to a notice issued by the chief information officer of the Federal High Court.
Recall that Mazi Nnamdi Kanu was apprehended by Kenyan Security Operatives last month and handed him over to Nigeria security to continue his trial after jumping bail in 2017.
