Bishop David Oyedepo of Living Faith Church, has described why a few Nigerians once called him a devil and wished him dead.
Oyedepo disclosed that he was known as a devil for preaching prosperity.
He disclosed this while preaching to his members at the congregation’s central command in Ota, Ogun State on the topic “Blood of Sprinkling Service” on Sunday.
Oyedepo said Nigerians were angry that he was lecturing success as opposed to affliction.
He, however, said a portion of his attackers are presently preachers of prosperity.
The evangelist noticed that a God-appointed leader sees things in front of others.
According to Oyedepo: “I was a devil teaching prosperity, people were grieved, they wished I died. Now, everybody including the major attackers are now writing on prosperity. True leaders see ahead of others, every God-ordained leader is a pacesetter.”
The minister reviewed how suffering was once considered to be a gift in Nigeria.
Bishop Oyedepo is known as probably the most richest minister in pastors and all over the world today.
His congregation has universities and he is likewise blessed with numerous private planes.
