Ex-Chelsea striker, Didier Drogba, has communicated his support for goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalag, after his costly penalty miss in the Carabao Cup final.

The Blues played Liverpool in the last on Sunday at Wembley Stadium.

After a goalless outcome in 90minutes and additional time, the match was chosen in the shootout.

Chelsea manager, Thomas Tuchel, chose to get Kepa instead of Edouard Mendy in the 119th moment of the experience.

However, the Spaniard neglected to save any of the 11 penalties he confronted and proceeded to shoot over the bar and Liverpool won 11-10.

Kepa took to his social media page to apologize to fans for his miss.

Drogba retweeted the Tweet however with an encouraging message. “Keep it up Kepa, my keeper, Chelsea FC.”
