The Coalition of Legal Practitioners has threatened legal action against the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) over the commission’s arranged conclusion of the Continuous Voters Registration practice nationwide.

INFOXCLUSIVE had before revealed that the activity will end on July 31 (Sunday), as indicated by the electoral body .

Responding, the group Chairman, Barr. Emma. Chukwunyere Njoku, while handling questions from journalists on Saturday at Nguru Mbaise, stated that a few Nigerians that would become 18 years by August and upwards will suffer as they won’t ever partake in picking who choosing who leads and preside over their interests.

The group said it has become expedient to remind the electoral empire that their choice to stop registration and Issuance of PVC to would-be Voters would without a doubt disenfranchise a lot of electorates.

Chairman of the Coalition of Legal Practitioners encouraged Nigerians to emulate practices that encourage good governance by doing likewise.
