There is fracas in Abakaliki, the capital of Ebonyi State where the supporters of Peter Obi of Labour Party assembled, Saturday morning, for their one-million-man march.
INFOXCLUSIVE discovered that Obi’s supporters, prevalently called ‘Obidients’ were to take off from People’s Club area however a few thugs allegedly working for another party in the State, raged the rally scene.
A source implied that the police likewise moved in, tossed teargas canisters, and scattered the rally.
The policemen were alleged to have claimed that their activity was an order from the Ebonyi State Government.
In a trending video, the youths could be seen running every which way, with smoke from the teargas surging.
In any case, it was assembled that the Obidients have regrouped at the Mile 50 area of the State from where they are proceeding with the rally.
