It has been reported that famous singer Davido and his lover, Chioma have secretly done their traditional wedding. This is coming shortly after the couple lost their three-year-old son, Ifeanyi who suffocated in a pool in the artiste’s Banana island mansion in Lagos.
The traditional wedding, which was gone to by few family and friends reportedly took place on 6 November in Davido’s dad’s home, with no camera permitted. Chioma’s bride price was was paid completely.
However Davido, before his son’s unfavorable death had before informed the public that he and Chioma would get married in 2023, the traditional wedding had to be pushed forward following the misfortune that as of late came upon the superstar couple.
It was reported that Chioma, following her son’s death, had let Davido know that there was nothing more left for her to be looking at as the son that bound them together was no more.
Davido needed to push the traditional wedding forward apparently to support Chioma and give her assurance that, with or without a son, her place is guaranteed. Davido’s family is doing all that to make the couple happy.
Both couple are still grieving, and Chioma has lost such a lot of weight. A new photograph that uncovered Davido having a hair style in his most memorable public outing showed his eyes swollen from bountiful tears.
Chioma, on her part is as yet attempting to find some peace with the death of her son. Not many weeks before her son’s death, her personal room was destroyed by a mysterious fire. The reason for the fire stays unknown till date.
