Grand Commander of the Order of the Federal Republic, GCFR, is Nigeria’s highest honor and has been bestowed to the president-elect, Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
Additionally, Kashim Settima, the vice president-elect, received a GCON (Grand Commander of the Order of the Niger) decoration.
This was reported by INFOXCLUSIVE on Thursday at the investiture ceremony conducted in Abuja’s Aso Villa.
Tinubu, who will succeed President Muhammadu Buhari as president of Nigeria, will take the oath of office on Monday, May 29.
