HRH Dr. Barrister Mohammed Sani Dantoro, the Emir of the Kingdom of Borgu, has praised the current administration for its ongoing support of the National Home Grown Feeding Program for primary schools.
According to the Emir, the initiative will greatly boost student enrollment in educational institutions.
During a courtesy visit to his palace on Friday, the Emir gave the commendation to Dr. Yetunde Adeniji, the Senior Special Assistant to the President on School Feeding.
The Emir reaffirmed his commitment to continuing to support the initiative that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu started.
He did, however, express concern about the difficulties the school feeding program is having, highlighting the necessity of efficient execution, oversight, and assessment for the program’s long-term viability.

The Emir emphasized how crucial it is to carry out the school feeding program in a way that fully complies with the President’s Renewed Hope Agenda.
Hon. Dr. Yetunde Adeniji also extended her visitation to His Royal Highness, Alhaji Abubakar Ahmed Yakubu, the Ejeh Ankpa IV.
The current administration’s dedication to inclusivity and interacting with a range of groups to guarantee that all children, irrespective of their circumstances or impairments, have access to wholesome meals and high-quality education was highlighted by this visit.
The President’s pledge to eradicate hunger and guarantee that the most vulnerable children receive nourishment through the School Feeding program has made the Monarch happy.
Thus, he pledged his unwavering support in making the Program a success.
The primary goal of the visit, according to Dr. Yetunde Adeniji, was to enlist the Monarchs’ assistance in expanding the federal government’s school food program.
According to her, the Royal Fathers’ emphasis on implementation, monitoring, and assessment highlights how crucial it is to make sure the program runs well and accomplishes its goals.
The Senior Special Assistant and her team are working to fortify the program and tackle any obstacles it may encounter by enlisting the aid of powerful individuals such as the Emir of Borgu Kingdom and the Eje of Ankpa IV.
